A morning of solidarity alongside Archi Trail 2026: the Pro Loco stand received a warm response from local residents and athletes.
On Sunday 4 October, as Archi Trail 2026 brought life to the trails and the village square, Pro Loco Archi set up a stand for La Mela di AISM. Our initiative took place only during the morning, in Piazza G. Marconi: a few hours that showed what a community can do when people come together.

The charity apple initiative received strong support from Archi’s residents and the athletes attending the Trail. Alongside sport, there was room for giving: choosing a bag of apples offered a simple, practical way to support AISM’s work.

For the national campaign on 2, 3 and 4 October 2026, AISM announced 14,000 volunteers in more than 5,000 Italian squares. Through our stand and the commitment of Pro Loco volunteers, Archi also played its part in this nationwide effort.
The campaign supports scientific research, local services and the rights of people with multiple sclerosis and related conditions. Every contribution strengthens a shared commitment across Italy.
Research needs all of us.
Behind a bag of apples is a choice that looks to the future. Supporting research helps sustain the work of those studying multiple sclerosis and seeking new answers for people living with it. This commitment takes time, resources and participation.
Our morning also served to remind us that solidarity can provide practical support for research. A small gesture shared by many people contributes to a larger goal. Talking about it, staying informed and supporting AISM helps us stand alongside people with the condition and their families, even after the square has emptied.
